STAINED GLASS

The date and time of launch will be announced a few days before and will be a new collection of stained glass pieces of varying size and price. Due to their fragile and unique glass creation, MONTI pieces need to be handled with care. To care for your new stained glass piece it's a good idea to periodically wipe it down with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. The materials used in each piece contain small amounts of lead so please wash your hands after handling. The collections will be mainly one-off pieces and are non-refundable. You can request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase.

BESPOKE ORDERS

Please note all products sold via montibymonti.com are made by hand and made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks lead time for the production for all orders, unless otherwise stated. If there is an issue with your order you will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase, using the information provided with your purchase.

Bespoke orders are any orders where the product is made to the customer’s own specifications including but not limited to size, colour and shape. We are very happy to work with you to create your dream MONTI piece. Please be aware that all bespoke orders are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and once confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. Likewise personalised items, once personalised, cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. Please see cancellations below for further details.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We take care to ensure all product photography provides as accurate a representation of the products as possible. Please note that screen resolutions differ on every device and although we have made every attempt for colour accuracy, please contact us if you have any questions ahead of your purchase. We are not liable for differences and variations in colours displayed according to your individual device.

Although every effort is made to ensure that each MONTI piece is 100% as described and free of damages and defects, due to the individually handmade nature of each MONTI piece, there may be some variations in the final materials used due to availability of materials used which is absent in mass-produce goods. There may also be differences in the finish, minor imperfections or other variations which are to be expected in handmade pieces and these will not be deemed as defects or accepted reason for return. Approximate measurements of products are quoted on the site. Please be aware failure to take note of the size of product dimensions when you purchase a piece will not be deemed as a reason for refund or return of what was purchased. DELIVERY

All UK orders are sent Second Class using Royal Mail. If you require First Class shipping please email makemeamonti@outlook.com to request.

Delivery times will depend on the item ordered and whether it is a bespoke made order. Please note that sometimes due to circumstances outside our control we may exceed the stated delivery time. In such cases we endeavour to keep you informed of the revised delivery time. As all pieces are handmade to order we allow up to two weeks lead time before shipping to make the item(s). If you require your order for a certain date please email makemeamonti@outlook.com and we will do our best to meet your request. We do not guarantee timescale for parcels arriving to your destination, wherever it may be, and can only provide our best estimate based on what the postal service informs.

Please allow up to four weeks for international orders to arrive. You will be notified via email as soon as your MONTI order has been dispatched, along with the tracking number.

All customers are responsible for any custom charges and/or import taxes which may incur with your delivery. Unfortunately these additional costs cannot be refunded to you. Please be sure to check for additional charges before making a purchase.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & Cancellations

Returns - Damages

We take great care when packaging all MONTI products to ensure they are fully protected. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged due to the nature of transit, please email makemeamonti@outlook.com no later than 24 hours of receipt of goods. The return is void if emailed outside of this 24 hour time period. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by the customer. You will be required to supply photographs to corroborate any claims of damage to the inner or outer packaging of the products, and of any damage to the product itself. We do not cover shipping costs for damaged returns, this is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items.

Due to the nature of each piece being handmade, it is expected there will be minor imperfections and slight differences between items and these will not be deemed as defects, or reason for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations - Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. However this does not include made-to-order or bespoke orders, which all MONTI pieces are classified as. We will allow a 24 hour period of cancellation to receive a full refund starting from the time your confirmation of purchase email has been sent following your purchase.You must inform us by email of your wish to cancel. Cancellations will not be accepted any time after the 24 hour period. Once a cancellation has been agreed a full refund will be processed within 10 days and should take 5-10 business days to return to your account. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to bespoke orders.

Lost - Stolen - Incorrect Shipping

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A claim can be filed with Royal Mail once the parcel has been declared lost or stolen. This can take up to 30 days.

If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

By ordering goods from montibymonti.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

We reserve the right to remove or withdraw any items from this site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content.
